Most of the items listed are 'made to order', please check individual product listings to see estimated lead times. Otherwise, we aim to despatch items within 3-5 working days upon receipt of payment.

Royal Mail 1st Class, allow up to 3 working days from despatch.

INTERNATIONAL (Europe and The Rest of The World) – £17.50
Royal Mail International Signed & Tracked, allow up to 7 working days from despatch.
For worldwide shipping, the estimated costs above are not inclusive of custom charges. Kal8OscopiK Studios does not cover custom fees and will not mark any orders as a gift. International shipments may be subject to import duties and taxes levied once the shipment reaches your country. Additional charges for customs clearance are the responsibility of the recipient; we do not control these charges and cannot predict what they may be. Please contact your local customs office for more information. Occasionally packages can be substantially delayed, up to 45 days, but the usual transit time is 7-14 days.

Return & Exchange Policy
Order cancellations
Should you change you mind after placing your order, please let us know within 24 hours to cancel it and we will refund any monies that's been paid to us.
Returns and exchange due to damaged/faulty items
We try to ensure that your order arrives safely and that it's of a high quality but if however you receive your order and it is damaged or faulty, then please get in touch within 7 days upon receiving your order. We can either offer you a replacement if in stock or a refund. Please don't send anything back to us before getting in touch first to discuss the issue.
If you change your mind after you have received your purchase(s)
We normally only offer refunds on damaged or missing items. But as we want you to happy with your purchases, if you changed your mind, then please get in touch within 7 days upon receiving your order before sending anything back to us. Any refunds and exchanges will be treated on a discretionary basis and will not include refunds of the cost of postage. Any further postage cost incurred due to exchanges will need to be charged as a new transaction.

If the cost of the product has changed between the time of the return and the time of the refund, www.k80-studios.com will refund the amount you paid for the product.

Exchanges and refunds does not apply to custom orders and piercings or intimate products due to hygiene reasons, unless items are damaged/ faulty.
